The Law Firm of Borst & Collins, LLC

Borst & Collins, LLC devotes itself to guiding its clients through the complex issues typically associated with debtors’ defaults and reorganizations. We develop innovative strategies to protect our clients’ assets and collateral in an effort to maximize their return from troubled transactions.

Equipment Leasing & Asset Based Lending

Our attorneys are skilled counselors to many of the largest equipment lessors, financial institutions and corporations throughout the country.  We focus on areas of vendor relationships and agreements, creating programs and support documents, the purchase and sale of lease portfolios, and asset based loan origination. We also provide the litigation, bankruptcy and workout counsel required to enforce positions taken to these areas on a national level.

Trial and Appellate Litigation

Our attorneys litigate in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels routinely on behalf of our clients. Several have retained the firm's services to manage their litigation in multi-state regions and on national basis. We also have developed a network of counsel experienced in our areas of practice to assist us in those states that are distant from us or where we are not licensed to practice.
